How it works
Consult & patch test
A free consultation and patch test to check your skin and map a plan.
Laser session
The laser breaks the pigment into tiny particles in a quick, targeted session.
Heal & fade
Over the following weeks your body flushes the pigment and the ink fades.
Repeat
Sessions are spaced 4–6 weeks apart and repeated until it's gone.
Carbon facial
The Carbon Facial is an advanced, non-invasive laser treatment designed to deeply cleanse, exfoliate and rejuvenate the skin with little to no downtime.
A fine layer of medical-grade carbon is applied to the skin, where it settles deep within the pores, absorbing excess oil, dirt and dead skin cells. The laser then targets the carbon, lifting it away along with the impurities it has captured — while gently exfoliating the skin and stimulating collagen production.
- Immediate brightness — you'll notice an improvement in brightness and texture after a single treatment.
- Best over a course — a course of 6 sessions, spaced 4 weeks apart, is recommended for optimal, long-lasting results.
- Collagen, explained — controlled heat creates a mild wound-healing response, which signals fibroblast cells to produce new collagen and elastin over the following weeks.
Little to no downtime — back to your day the same afternoon.
Laser removal FAQ
How many sessions will I need?
The number of sessions it takes to remove your tattoo or PMU isn't an answer we can give with 100% accuracy. For body tattoos we recommend at least 6–10 sessions. The speed of your removal depends on a few factors: the age of the tattoo, the depth the ink was implanted, and your body's ability to break down pigment.
Brow removal is a quicker process than a traditional body tattoo, because of the depth and type of ink implanted. For PMU brow removal we recommend 3–6 sessions to produce a blank canvas, ready for brows you love.
How far apart are sessions?
Sessions are spaced 4–6 weeks apart. That gap gives your body time to flush the broken-down pigment and lets the skin fully settle before the next pass.
What is healing like for body tattoos?
The initial result can feel a little swollen and red, with frosting in the area. That takes a few days to subside, and after this the downtime is minimal — the area might feel itchy but will visually appear healed.
A full four weeks is needed to see the full fading result of your tattoo, as your body breaks the ink down gradually.
What is healing like for PMU brow removal?
Initially you can experience redness, swelling and frosting in the area. Colour change through the healing process is completely normal and necessary to gradually break down the pigment in the brows. As healing progresses over the following days, it's common for warmer tones — red, orange or pink — to become more noticeable. This is a normal part of removal, as the laser breaks down different pigment components at different rates.
The redness in the pigment is often most noticeable during the first 1–2 weeks before gradually settling. Once the skin has fully healed a residual warm tone may still remain. This is expected, and is typically targeted during your next laser session, as removal is carried out gradually over multiple treatments.
Every client's pigment responds differently depending on the pigments used, previous treatments and the depth of implantation, so colour changes vary from person to person.
What is the aftercare for tattoo removal?
- Please avoid touching the area.
- If you use tanning beds, avoid them for four weeks, or cover the area well. The same applies to hot climates.
- Other hot temperatures like the sauna should also be avoided for the first week.
- We're also giving you an excuse to skip the gym for the next 48 hours.
- Brow removal: please avoid makeup on the area for 1 week.
- Avoid acidic, retinol or harsh products on the area while healing.
- Brow removal: if brows feel weepy, clean with sterile water and a clean cotton pad — boil the kettle and let it cool.
- Body tattoos: avoid tight clothing on the area for 24 hours.
- Drink plenty of water — this helps the progress of the ink fading.
How soon after finishing brow removal can I have them redone?
We recommend waiting at least 8 weeks after your final session before having your brows redone. We want to avoid tattooing too soon because:
- The skin may still be remodelling and more sensitive.
- Residual inflammation can affect pigment retention.
- There may still be pigment continuing to fade, which could alter the final colour of your new brows.
